Private Coaching with Bryana

I help stressed and overwhelmed parents feel more confident in their parenting.

You want to feel more confident and at-ease in your parenting experience.

And you’ve done all the things to achieve this. You’ve read the books. You’ve implemented the scripts. You’ve taken the courses. And still, old habits emerge, you lose control, act in a controlling way, anxiously hover, expect way too much, and do little that actually nourishes you or your child.

You wish you had a more fulfilling and peaceful parenting experience.

You’re not alone.

Common questions

What's the difference between therapy and coaching?

and other great questions.
What's the difference between therapy and coaching?

Professional psychotherapy is regulated by the government for the purpose of diagnosing and treatment mental health related issues. Psychotherapy tends to focus on the past for the purpose of building understanding. Coaching is future-oriented, with the goal to maximize your parenting potential. Coaching is a transformative process for personal awareness and growth.

Does insurance cover coaching?

Coaching is not covered by insurance, nor are Flex Funds authorized to be used for coaching.

What are your credentials?

I hold a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, and a License to practice Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT90464) in California. I am endorsed as an Infant-Family Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist, and Board-Certified as a Perinatal Mental Health Specialist. I have been working with families and children since 2011, and have been extensively trained in reflective and conscious parenting models.

Should I bring my child to the coaching session?

No, children should not participate in the coaching session unless expressly agreed upon between you and I.
